Overview of the SeeSAW mural and fibers installation at One Spark Jacksonville 2013. Inspired by the themes of renewal and cultural fire SeeSAW created a mural and a site specific interactive “up-cycle” installation on the exterior wall of Burro Bar in Jacksonville, FL. OneSpark was a live crowd-sourced cultural and entrepreneurial fundraiser with the mission of reenergizing downtown Jacksonville. One Spark successfully attracted thousands of creators and patrons to the week long event while providing an ideal platform to showcase the positive impact of community-centric public art. One Spark provided SeeSAW a great opportunity to grow the ongoing regional cultural exchange between Jacksonville and Savannah and amplified the efforts in both cities to embrace new ways to take advantage of local talent and creativity in business and the arts. The collaborative team featured Katherine Sandoz, Lisa Parker Fort, Anita Sundari Akella, Caty Dickensheets, Araceli De La Barcena,Adolfo Alvarado, Jose Ray, and Matt Hebermehl. | SeeSAW x One Spark - Jacksonville, FL, April 17 - 21 2013. | Burro Bar , 100 E.
